Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse your favorite collection, choose the correct size, add your items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We’ll take care of the rest.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. While we can’t guarantee modifications after an order is placed, we’ll always do our best to help.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States, with international shipping coming soon.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Enjoy FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $85.
How long does the shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to complete delivery. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll gladly help investigate.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size guide with measuring instructions. We always recommend measuring your dog before ordering.
Are your harnesses adjustable?
Yes! Our harnesses feature four adjustment points to provide a secure and personalized fit for dogs of different shapes.
Are Leashko products suitable for puppies?
Absolutely. Our products are designed for everyday comfort and are suitable for puppies and adult dogs alike, provided the correct size is selected.
Are your products waterproof?
Our Oxford fabric is designed to handle light rain and everyday splashes, but not intended for prolonged exposure to water or heavy rain.
Are the materials durable?
Yes. Every Leashko product is thoughtfully designed using durable materials, reinforced stitching, premium hardware, and quality construction built for everyday adventures.

Every collection begins with original artwork and goes through countless refinements before production. We carefully consider everything, from materials and stitching to fit, comfort, and durability because every detail matters.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How do I clean my Leashko products?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap and cold water, then allowing your products to air dry naturally.
Can I machine wash them?
For the longest lifespan, we recommend hand washing. If machine washing is necessary, place the product in a laundry bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water. Always air dry.
Will the colors fade?
Our printed Oxford fabric is designed to remain vibrant with proper care and everyday use.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused products in their original condition within our return window (up to 14 days after ordering).
Can I exchange for another size?
Absolutely! If the harness doesn’t fit, we’ll gladly help you exchange it for the correct size.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

What materials do you use?
Our products feature premium Oxford fabric, breathable air mesh, reinforced webbing, durable zinc alloy hardware, reinforced stitching, and lightweight buckles designed for everyday comfort.
Are your products tested?
Yes. Every collection is tested during real everyday adventures before launch, helping us refine comfort, fit, and durability before it reaches your dog.
Is the hardware rust resistant?
Our premium zinc alloy hardware is designed for everyday durability and resistance to normal outdoor conditions.
